Darrell Poteet has played a leading role in developing and marketing new energy products and services utilizing high-tech applications for more than 30 years. Starting his career with Tenneco Gas as a project engineer, he rapidly rose in the management ranks of companies including Panhandle Eastern, Enron Engineering & Construction, Energy Packaging Solutions, New Century Energies, Gulf Interstate Engineering, AMEC Paragon and URS. Darrell served as principal/vice president of New Energy Compression Service Company, a joint venture he helped form between Southwestern Public Service Company, Public Service of Colorado and the Energy Transfer Group. A Registered Professional Engineer with three U.S. patents in gas compression/power generation applications, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University.
