Jeff Foutch

Jeff Foutch, co-founder and former Chief Commercial Officer of Falcon/NorTex Gas Storage Company, has led the start-up of three other companies engaged in gas trading and marketing operations.  Jeff's energy career spans more than 31 years, with an emphasis on gas trading and marketing.  Prior to Falcon's formation, he served as a storage consultant to Inventory Management and Distribution Company (IMDCI), vice president of Natural Gas Trading for Tejas Power Corporation, and Eastern Region vice president of American Hunter Energy.  Jeff also has held various positions with Ashland Exploration, American Oil and Gas, International Paper, GASMARK, and The Superior Oil Company.  He received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
