Mark Fullerton joined Peregrine Midstream Partners with more than 20 years of energy experience, starting with Fluor Daniel as an electrical engineer in 1990.  Three years later, he became manager of engineering and operations for Tejas Power/Market Hub Partners and also served as special projects assistant to the CEO before going to Western Hub Properties in 1999 as vice president of business development.  Mark was named vice president of project development at Falcon Gas Storage in 2003, directing the commercial and technical development of green field projects, and moved on to Lodi Management in 2006 to head the company's operations, development and engineering functions as senior vice president.  He spent a year as chief development officer for Zero Emission Energy Plants to help demonstrate and commercialize the Pratt Whitney Rocketdyne gasification technology.  Since 2008, he has worked with Quantum Energy Partners portfolio companies, including Merchant Energy, Triton, Icon NGS and Merchant Energy Partners, to develop gas storage projects as chief operating officer.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
