Peregrine Midstream Partners Expands Executive Team

Houston, TX, November 9, 2011 – Peregrine Midstream Partners LLC has added three new executive vice presidents to the company's management ranks, as wholly-owned subsidiary Ryckman Creek Resources, LLC aggressively moves ahead with construction of its new interstate natural gas storage facility near the Opal Hub in southwestern Wyoming.  Darrell Poteet has been named Executive Vice President of Pipelines and Surface Facilities Development & Management, while Mark Fullerton has joined Peregrine as Executive Vice President, Reservoir Development & Management, and Jim Ruth has come on board as Executive Vice President and General Counsel.

Poteet has played a leading role in developing new energy projects for more than 30 years.  During his career, he has worked for Tenneco Gas, Panhandle Eastern, Enron Engineering & Construction, Energy Packaging Solutions, New Century Energies, Gulf Interstate Engineering, AMEC Paragon, URS and New Energy Compression Service Company. A Registered Professional Engineer with three U.S. patents in gas compression/power generation applications, Poteet holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from Houston Baptist University.

Fullerton has spent more than 20 years in the energy industry, most recently working with Quantum Energy Partners portfolio companies to develop gas storage projects as chief operating officer.  Starting his career with Fluor Daniel, he held management positions with Tejas Power/Market Hub Partners and Western Hub Properties before joining Falcon Gas Storage Company, where he directed the commercial and technical development of green field projects as vice president of project development.  He subsequently joined Lodi Management as senior vice president and then Zero Emission Energy Plants as chief development officer.  Fullerton holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Jim Ruth has joined Peregrine Midstream Partners from Falcon Gas Storage where he served as general counsel for two and a half years.  His career in the energy industry spans more than 35 years, including various positions in Texas Eastern Corporation's legal department from 1975-1990 and 15 years working for TEPPCO Partners as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.  While at TEPPCO, he was recognized as one of Houston's outstanding general counsels in 2005 by the Houston Business Journal.  He earned a JD from South Texas College of Law and a bachelor's degree with honors in economics and business administration from Phillips University.
